Our Planning and Listed Building Consent applications have been submitted to Westminster City Council for the reconfiguration, refurbishment, environmental upgrade, and provision of external amenity spaces within this Grade II Listed Building to enhance its attractiveness to contemporary occupiers of high-quality workspace and residential accommodation. Works are currently programmed to commence in Spring 2024 and be completed by the end of that year.

Our refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Grade II Listed Winton House and Coach House/Garden Cottage within the Nether Wallop Conservation Area will create this new residential clinic to help teenagers overcome challenges with mental ill-health and associated high risk behaviours. Listed Building Consent has been granted by Test Valley Borough Council for the internal works which started in January 2023 and will be completed this Summer.

The construction was completed of a 43,000 sq./ft. extension of Langney Shopping Centre. This created a new entrance and mall lined with modern retail units, anchor store and car park improvements. The scale of the development will re-position the Centre in the area, significantly increasing the offer thereby bucking the current trend.
