This is primarily a leisure destination for both the inhabitants of Poole & Bournemouth and also tourists who make this area one of the most popular on the Dorset Coast. Tower Park was developed in the late 80s and was in need of a face-lift. Colman Architects designed a scheme to upgrade the buildings' appearance to give a modern fresh look, at the same time as creating a brand new focus for the centre known as Tower Place.

Tower Place is a plaza, flanked by a UCI Cinema and Splashdown Leisure Pool designed in the existing buildings. Four new stand-alone restaurants create an ambience for rest and recreation.
