Principal Architect, Colman Architects completed the £12.5m project at 11-12 St James's Square, London in February 2007. The project that took twelve months to complete is in a very prestigious location within the heartland of St James's conservation area.
Colman Architects executed a very high quality, fast track reconfiguration of the 81,000sq ft office and 'Category A' fit out whilst retaining the integrity of the two listed buildings within the vicinity of this project. The style is essentially clean and contemporary with bold use of glass, stone, ceramic, veneer and stainless steel.
Our Client was confident these sophisticated office spaces and their prime West End location would attract prominent high quality tenants. The refurbishment attracted much media attention and the offices were successfully leased out as the highest value office spaces in the world.
