This sensitive reconfiguration and restoration of 'Antiquarius', the Grade 2 listed former Temperance Billiard Hall (c1912) and former Chelsea Garage (c1919) was handed over to American fashion retailer, Anthropologie on 23rd October 2009. The reconfiguration has created a series of dynamic linked spaces together with 2 small shops, offices and a new 2 bedroom apartment.
Planning and Listed Building Consent and Certificate of Lawfulness was granted in April 2009 by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the restoration and adaption proposals.
