Café des Amis du Vins, Covent Garden

The Café des Amis du Vins in Covent Garden is a renowned restaurant adjacent to the Royal Opera House. The Practice was invited to design a modern interpretation of the traditional French wine bar/ restaurant. This was achieved through contemporary materials and colours and a glass wall increasing the drama throughout the main spaces.

The design improves the restaurant presence at street level, increases seating capacity and upgrades the catering capacity and operations.
