This large shopping centre in central Cardiff needed a new focused retail design strategy of the interior circulation and new exterior design for the entrances and facades. The new design, which was completed in November 1999, includes an increased floor area, a reworked circulation strategy and a contemporary aesthetic.

The work on site was overseen by local architects while the centre remained open for existing mall tenants to continue trading.
