Our Material Amendment Planning Application has been approved by Westminster City Council. This enhances design and landscaping details and amends the Energy Strategy within our 2018 Planning Permission for the London Diocesan Fund to create a Medical Centre and 9 Apartments within this sensitive Bayswater location.
“We are delighted that Westminster Council has approved our application to regenerate the Newton Road Medical Centre and deliver new accommodation for the local area. We have worked constantly with the medical practice and neighbours in bringing forward the proposals. Once complete the rehomed medical centre, operating from purpose-built accommodation, will be able to increase its provision and continue to support the local community.” — William Hagger - Diocese of London
