The project entails the subdivision and strip-out of former Debenhams retail space at “Longus House” on Eastgate Row South in Chester.

The development aims to prepare & reconfigure existing vacant retail space ready for up to three new incoming retail tenants. The main space will form “Unit 6” and become a new 13,200 sq./ft store accessed from the historic Rows.
