This major reconfiguration of existing units and new extension to the First Floor created a new 50,000 sq./ft store for BHS and one of the largest Costa Coffee cafés in the country. New Units were also created for La Senza and Johnson’s Shoes in the East Mall.

A new £0.5m, over tiling, flooring contract was completed in February 2008 to enhance brand identity and create infrastructure for RMU’s and marketing/promotions.
