Construction is complete for substantial improvements and re-modelling of The Stamford Quarter, Altrincham for M&M Asset Management.

The design consists of a major anchor unit created on Stamford Square, a new elevational image and new double height glazed retail façades.

The result has been to strengthen & lengthen the main retail pitch and create greater retail value. Other initiatives are improved unit shops and the regeneration of vacant office buildings for residential use.
