Our Material Amendment Planning Application has been approved by Westminster City Council. This enhances design and landscaping details and amends the Energy Strategy within our 2018 Planning Permission for the London Diocesan Fund to create a Medical Centre and 9 Apartments within this sensitive Bayswater location. “We are delighted that Westminster Council has approved our application to regenerate the Newton Road Medical Centre and deliver new accommodation for the local area. Our refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Grade II Listed Winton House and Coach House/Garden Cottage within the Nether Wallop Conservation Area will create this new residential clinic to help teenagers overcome challenges with mental ill-health and associated high risk behaviours. Listed Building Consent has been granted by Test Valley Borough Council for the internal works which started in January 2023 and will be completed this Summer.
