Our twelfth constructed project within the Hyde Park Estate for the Church Commissioners for England was completed in April 2025. We acquired both Permitted Development to change the use and Planning Permission for external alterations from Westminster City Council to create a new high quality self-contained 2 Bedroom home to complement the adjacent Grade II Listed The Water Gardens Designed Landscape and the Bayswater Conservation Area.

Work is nearing completion on this project and the the aspirations for the design are now being realised . The dated barrel vault roof has now been replaced with a thermally insulated double-glazed lantern  with a plasterboard ceiling surround and track lighting . The section of the roof above the pizza oven and servery area has now been replaced with an insulated flat roof construction that will upgrade the energy performance of the building.
