Project Complete - 1 Sussex Gardens, London, W2 1DH

Our twelfth constructed project within the Hyde Park Estate for the Church Commissioners for England was completed in April 2025. We acquired both Permitted Development to change the use and Planning Permission for external alterations from Westminster City Council to create a new high quality self-contained 2 Bedroom home to complement the adjacent Grade II Listed The Water Gardens Designed Landscape and the Bayswater Conservation Area.
