Our reconfiguration and refurbishment of this 4 storey Victorian property for the London Diocesan Fund has created a 4 Bedroom Vicarage and spacious 1 Bedroom Flat with Working from Home space which was completed in April 2025. Our “Fabric First” approach enhanced thermal performance through new windows/doors and floor, roof, and Internal Wall Insulation. Low carbon heating and renewable energy generation was achieved through Air Source Heat Pumps and roof mounted Photo Voltaic panels to achieve an Energy Performance Certificate “B” rating.
