Project Complete - 42 Conduit Street, London, W1S

Our reconfiguration and refurbishment of this 18^th Century Grade II Listed Building within the Mayfair Conservation Area has created “an exceptional blend of premium Office, Retail and Residential spaces” (with new external amenity spaces provided for both) upon its completion in August 2025.

Our “Fabric First” approach enhanced thermal performance whilst retaining Heritage Assets and low carbon heating and cooling was sensitively installed to achieve an EPC “A” rating for the Offices and “B” for the Residential.
