We acquired Permitted Development to change the use and Planning Permission for external alterations from Westminster City Council to create a new high quality self-contained 2 Bedroom Apartment to complement the adjacent Grade II Listed The Water Gardens Designed Landscape and the Bayswater Conservation Area.
