Our Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent applications were approved by Westminster City Council for the reconfiguration, refurbishment, environmental upgrade, and provision of new external amenity spaces within this Grade II Listed Building to provide high quality workspace and residential accommodation in May 2024.
Construction commenced in August 2024 and was completed in August 2025 to create “an exceptional blend of premium Office, Retail and Residential spaces”. Our “fabric first approach” included sensitive environmental enhancements of the Listed Building to achieve an Offices EPC rating of “A”, Residential EPC rating of “B” and provide new external amenity spaces for both.”
