Our Planning and Listed Building Consent applications have been submitted to Westminster City Council for the reconfiguration, refurbishment, environmental upgrade, and provision of external amenity spaces within this Grade II Listed Building to enhance its attractiveness to contemporary occupiers of high-quality workspace and residential accommodation.

Works are currently programmed to commence in Spring 2024 and be completed by the end of that year.
