This sensitive reconfiguration and restoration of 'Antiquarius', the Grade II listed former Temperance Billiard Hall (c1912) and former Chelsea Garage (c1919) was handed over to American fashion retailer, Anthropologie.

The reconfiguration has created a series of dynamic linked spaces together with 2 small shops, offices and a new 2 bedroom apartment.


Planning and Listed Building Consent and Certificate of Lawfulness was granted by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea for the restoration and adaption proposals.
