This project was the 6th of 8 phases Colman Architects worked on at Orchard Square Shopping Centre.

Phase 6 was to form a 45 000 sq./ft. anchor unit for TK Maxx. This was created from several smaller units and kiosks (which the previous tenants had found difficult to trade from) and new extension to provide a significant increase in lettable area.

By reconfiguring and creating new space from the smaller retail units constructed in the mid 1980’s, this phased development strategy created by Colman Architects has brought in major, national retailers, maximising the centre’s potential.
