Following the approval of a major re-design of the car park including 4 new restaurants forming a public enclave around the cinema entrance, the design has now focused on the relocation of the region’s major nightclub into smaller adjacent premises.

The vacated nightclub has been completely refurbished to provide a 360 play unit on two levels and three new restaurants on the car park frontage. The area to the front of the car park was re-landscaped to improve the public forecourt to the restaurants and children's play facility.
