We have worked closely with Colliers International Building Consultancy and Refolo Landscape Architects to convert this former Basement Car Park (constructed in 1966) into a 61,000 sq./ft. Safestore and 12,000 sq./ft. potential Leisure Unit with new Landscaping and Public Realm above.

This project was shortlisted for both the Placemaking and Wellbeing sections within the New London Architecture Awards and as also listed as a Grade II addition to Historic England’s Register of Parks and Gardens
