Our high quality, fast track, complete refurbishment of this Apartment and Studio for a Client family commenced construction in April 2024 and was completed that September.

Our Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent applications were approved by Westminster City Council for the reconfiguration, refurbishment, environmental upgrade, and provision of new external amenity spaces within this Grade II Listed Building to provide high quality workspace and residential accommodation in May 2024. Fado commenced construction in August 2024 and are programmed to complete the works in March 2025.

The construction was completed of a 43,000 sq./ft. extension of Langney Shopping Centre. This created a new entrance and mall lined with modern retail units, anchor store and car park improvements. The scale of the development will re-position the Centre in the area, significantly increasing the offer thereby bucking the current trend.
