Our second Planning and Listed Building Applications in Connaught Village were approved by Westminster Council on 15th August for the reconfiguration and refurbishment of this Georgian building to provide an Art Gallery over 2 floors.
Our first approved Planning and Listed Application for Connaught Village was for 12, Porchester Place to create a Retail Unit over 2 Floors with a 3 Bedroom Town House above.
We have two further applications for Retail Units over 2 floors currently under consideration.
35, Connaught Street has a target decision date of 2nd September and 8, Porchester Place has the 9th.
