Our Planning and Listed Building applications were approved by Westminster Council on 15th July for the reconfiguration and refurbishment of this Georgian building to provide a Retail Unit over 2 levels, with a high quality 3 Bed Apartment over 3 levels above. This is the first proposal within our Design Guidelines for the Church Commissioners for England’s “Connaught Village”, with a range of further coordinated Applications to follow soon.
