Construction is progressing well at 120 Oxford Street, with new steelwork being installed over 3 levels. The 2nd Floor infill floor will provide a safe working platform to remove the feature ceiling that we designed in 1994. The new 73 000 square foot Retail Unit is programmed for handover to Next this Autumn.
