On behalf of Aviva Investors, we have obtained Listed Building Consent for the subdivision and strip-out of former Debenhams retail space at “Longus House” on Eastgate Row South in Chester. The development aims to prepare & reconfigure existing vacant retail space ready for three new incoming retail tenants and to replace an existing dated shopfront onto the adjacent Grosvenor shopping centre with new ones for the new tenants.
