Planning and Listed Building approval on Adagio Aparthotel, Liverpool

We are delighted to reveal that Planning and Listed Building applications relating to the Adagio Aparthotel, Liverpool have been approved by Liverpool City Council. Located within the grade 2 Listed Lewis’s building, the design includes improvements to the existing upper-floor Adagio aparthotel to provide an exciting new and enlarged reception, lounge and dining suite in a dynamic split-level ground floor space . Consent was also granted for new meeting rooms and an associated break-out space at the 5th floor within a key heritage space.

All these works are part of our wider work with Augur Liverpool to bring back to life the iconic Lewis’s Department Store. Other works within the historic building include a striking new interior design for the existing office entrance and atrium for ‘The Department’, Liverpool which has successfully regenerated office interest there.
